Becoming a manager & leader for the first time is a big step in anyone's career. You've been successful up to this point, but that is not a guarantee that will be the case as a leader without the proper guidance. We've seen many successful professionals fail when thrown into a professional role, setting their career back by years. We can help you get on the right track. Our team of experts have extensive education & training in leadership - and years of experience as leaders in their organizations. What you get: - A pre-assessment survey via email - A 60 minute phone or Skype call to identify gaps in your knowledge and experience with a follow up plan of action - Three 60-minute leadership coaching sessions via phone or Skype - A 60-minute session training session on building internal and external support networks Follow up calls will be scheduled during your initial coaching call.
