How much to you charge for recruiting?

Our fees are based on the degree of difficulty for each search and current market conditions.

How long does it take to fill a position?

Each search is unique and time to fill is based on the difficulty of the search, current market conditions, interviewing process and candidate availability. Our goal is to fill each position as quickly and efficiently as possible with the best possible candidate for the job.

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a call or meeting to discuss the position(s) you are trying to fill. This can typically last an hour or more depending on the complexity of the position and discussion about the right candidate and working out a hiring plan to be successful.

What if we are not hiring, but firing?

Unfortunately, we recognize that sometimes organizations need to part with workers and executives. We offer services and solutions for employers to provide a smooth transition for former employees to new roles with new companies.

What types of positions do you normally fill?

We have broad experience in supply chain & logistics, operations management, human resources as well as leadership roles in Finance & Accounting, Marketing, IT, and Engineering. We will be happy to refer you to other recruiters we know and trust if we will not be the best resource for a given position.

Where do you get your candidates?

We continuously build our network of smart, capable professionals that are open to new roles from a variety of sources. Many, if not most, of the potential candidates we work with are not actively looking for new roles, but we have discussed what their next job should look like.

How are you different from other agencies?

Most recruiting agencies are a numbers game: throw enough candidates at enough jobs and sooner or later something will stick. Not us. We prefer to build a trusted-advisor relationship with our clients and help them grow with the right talent. We are selective with who we work with so we can do our very best for each search we undertake. We’re a small shop that is dedicated to the success of both client and candidate.
