We partner with companies to fill specific leadership roles. Most of our searches are highly specialized and often confidential.

That means:

We do not place candidates into roles we are not actively working on
We are not a staffing agency or general placement service
We are not able to help job seekers get into target companies, especially if they are not a client of ours.

We receive a high volume of outreach from candidates each week. To ensure we can stay focused on our active searches:

We are not able to schedule individual calls outside of active opportunities in most cases

Weekly Job Seekers' Forum

The job market has changed substantially over the past few years, and job seekers need to adapt to the new ways companies find and hire talent. What might have worked for you in the past might not work as well now.

To address this, we co-host a free weekly forum with experienced job seekers, recruiters, and human resources professionals designed to:

Intentionally expand your network.
Learn best practices and practical strategies that actually work.
Stay accountable, optimistic, and maintain forward momentum in your job search.
This is not a lecture, it's a working session designed to go farther, faster, with a professional peer group also in career transition.

While we cannot place every professional we cross paths with, we can give them the tools to make the career transition easier.

How the Forum Works

Each session is structured to be interactive and practical. Many of the professional in career transition have had success with our advice and gained traction and clarity in their job search after attending the forum.

Here is the weekly format:

Opening welcome
Job search updates, success stories and networking asks
Short, practical lesson (10 minute focus topic)
Round-Robin introductions as a group or in breakout sessions
Suggested weekly homework assignments to gain and maintain momentum

Participants are also encouraged to have 1:1 meetings with other forum members to expand their professional networks.

When: Every Monday, 8:00-9:00 AM Eastern US

Format: Live Zoom Session
Video-on: We prefer this to be interactive, not a passive lecture. To that end, please plan on having your video on if possible. WFH Casual is fine.
Attendance: We don't take attendance. If you can make it one week and not the next, that's OK. The group works best when there is a diversity of professionals to connect with.
