One side benefit of having children is having a great excuse to watch kids movies. One of my favorites is Kung Fu Panda. Po, the protagonist, (spoiler alert) learns through the movie that there is no secret ingredient in both his father's "secret ingredient soup" and to becoming the dragon warrior.
Just as successful people get asked all the time what their "secret" is. There is no secret. It's just that they do the things that most others choose not to do. While there is a credible argument for timing, for most people success is rarely overnight. It comes with years of preparation, work, determination and making one good or hard choice after another.
