Promoting a high potential employee into a manager & leader for the first time is a big step in anyone's career. While you have confidence in your employee's abilities, that is not a guarantee that will rise as a leader without the proper guidance. We've seen many successful professionals fail when thrown into a managerial role for the first time. The costs are high: increased turnover, failure to meet company goals, as well as potentially losing a high-potential employee. We can help your new manager get off on the right foot. Our team of experts have extensive education & training in leadership - and years of experience as leaders in their organizations. What you get: - Complimentary introductory call to discuss and assess your needs, followed by matching with one of our leadership coaches. - A pre-assessment survey via email - A 60 minute phone or Skype call to identify gaps in your knowledge and experience with a follow up plan of action and milestones tailored for your new manager - Feedback calls with executive team on progress both with coaching and in the company Follow up calls or meetings will be scheduled during their initial coaching call.
