Monday Motivation

All the best ideas and big plans mean nothing unless we actually take steps to start doing them.


We all have the habit of getting into the "I'm gonna X" and never actually doing it.


Examples might be personal, like losing weight or making new friends. Goals could be professional, like learning a new trade or finding a better job.


It might be little stuff like reading more or staring at my phone less. Or really big stuff like going back to school, moving to a new country, or starting a business.


At the end of the day, talk is just talk - without any action.



The size of the task at hand can be the reason for inaction. Likewise, trying to do all at once can lead to failure. Pick your goals. Make plans. Break it down into small tasks of what's next.


Then, just start.
